Thank you for shopping at HXDY. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our returns policy is designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible, ensuring you can shop with confidence.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your hoodie must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all the tags attached.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards and personalized items.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is to be paid for by the customer, however please get in touch and we can look into supporting returns if needed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item.

How to Arrange a Return

  1. Log into your online account on our website.
  2. Navigate to your orders and select more details on your order.
  3. Find the contact us link on the bottom of your details and follow the link to get in touch. 
  4. Fill in the details including the order reference number and we will help arrange the returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, follow the return procedure, and contact us letting us know that you want an exchange.
